4. User-Generated Content

You grant BlackBox Interactive a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, distribute and promote such content for the purpose of operating and marketing the Adwalas platform.

5. Paid Services and Advertising

Certain services, advertisements, featured listings, promotional placements or other products may require payment.

Prices, applicable taxes, duration and service details will be displayed before purchase wherever applicable.

BlackBox Interactive reserves the right to modify pricing and service offerings at any time.

6. Transactions Between Users

Adwalas may facilitate discovery or communication between users. Unless specifically stated otherwise, BlackBox Interactive is not a party to transactions between users.

Users are responsible for independently verifying products, services, sellers, buyers, prices, documents, claims and other transaction details before entering into any agreement.

BlackBox Interactive does not guarantee the quality, authenticity, legality, availability or performance of products or services advertised by users.

7. Intellectual Property

The Adwalas name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, trademarks and other platform materials are owned by or licensed to BlackBox Interactive and may not be reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

User-submitted content remains the responsibility of the user who submitted it.

8. Prohibited Use

Users must not:

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlackBox Interactive, its directors, employees, affiliates and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the platform or content submitted by you.
